Welcome to Summer Registration 2010
**Please note several changes to our registration process** 

Please note that June 15th has arrived, balance in full for all registered campers is now past due, please remit asap.
If registering for camp after June 15th, please ensure balance in full is paid within 10 days of registration, payment must be recieved (and cheques cleared the bank) prior to your arrival at camp.

You now have three options for registering for our summer programs:

1. Register and pay using credit cards online* ($75 deposit due at the time of registration, any remaining balance will automatically be charged to your credit card on June 15th, 2010).

2. Register online and pay by cheque or money order. $75 non-refundable deposit to be received by our Registrar within 10 days of registration to confirm your spot in the program you have selected. If paying by cheque, please include a cheque for your balance post dated as late as June 15th, 2010 with your registration. If paying by money order, please ensure balance is received by our Registrar by June 15th, 2010. Please make cheque/money order payable to: Camp Geddie and include your Account ID# on the Memo line

3. Register by mail, using a paper copy of the Registration form (click here for the pdf file), and pay by cheque or money order. If paying by cheque, please include a cheque for your balance post dated as late as June 15th, 2010 with your registration. If paying by money order, please ensure balance is received by our Registrar by June 15th, 2010. Please make cheque/money order payable to: Camp Geddie

*please note that if you are applying for financial assistance through our Campership Fund, do not register online. You must submit a paper registration form, along with the Campership Application form, $75 deposit, and reference letter by mail, to be received no later than June 1st, 2010 for consideration. Please contact your minister or our Registrar for a Campership Application Form: registrar@campgeddie.ca


New this year: Please note that all balances are due in full on June 15th, 2010, not on the opening day of your camp session as in the past. Please contact our Registrar if you need to make alternative arrangements: registrar@campgeddie.ca or by phone (Angela at 902.923.2580).


How to register:

Please ensure you use the email address that you (parent/guardian) check most frequently for all campers you register and your Family Account. You will create your Family Account in step #5 of the registration process. All communications from Camp Geddie will be sent to this email address.


You will receive two confirmation emails after completing the registration process, one to confirm your Family Account set up and one to confirm the registration of each camper. If you do not receive these immediately in your inbox, please check your Junk mail for emails from "registrar" and remove from your junk list so you receive all future communications from Camp Geddie.

1. Click the "Register now" button below
2. Select the age and gender of the first camper you wish to register
3. Select the camp session they wish to attend
4. Complete their personal information ** all fields are required, please insert N/A if information is not available (cabin mate request, health concerns, church and denomination) 
5. Create your Family's Account (all campers will be registered under one family account which you will use this year and in the future)
6. Enter your Billing Information
7. Go to the Checkout or Add another Camper **please only register each camper for one camp session, we often have wait lists and do not allow campers to attend two camps in one season unless space permits (we will make decisions based on individual requests made in late June, please send request for a second camp to registrar@campgeddie.ca)

About eCamp Services
You will be asked if you wish to register for eCamp services (photos and emails). You can register for this during registration or at any time in the future.
There will be scenic photos of Camp Geddie as well as large group photos available for printing in various formats and gift items and you can send emails to your campers.

Donations
You may make one time donations while completing the registration process to one of the following funds:
Campership - we aim to raise $5000 each year to help those requiring financial assistance to attend one of our summer programs
Smith House - available as a place of rest for the leadership of the church
Growing Together (Site Development) - raising funds for repairs and capital improvements to the camp site (next projects include a new roof for the Irwin Lodge and a new craft/rainy day activity center)
