Camp Geddie

Our Annual Geddie Spageddie Dinner will be Saturday, April 28th, 4-6 PM at the camp. All are invited to come for a dinner of our traditional ‘Spageddie’, salad and dessert in support of the ministry of the Smith House.

Spring is here and things are starting to get busier at Camp Geddie!

March 31st        All Ages Event at Camp Geddie. Registration information is available on our “year round” page.

April 15th          Service of Sacred Song in support of Smith House. St Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, New Glasgow, 3 PM

Music by Barney’s River Children’s Choir, Presbysingers, Michelle Johnson,

Jessica-Don Morton, Marcel  d’Entremont and more.

April 28th       Geddie Spageddie, 4-6 PM, Camp Geddie    Cost: donation toward Smith House Ministry

May 26th         Camp Geddie Clean Up Day with jobs for everyone! Lunch provided

On July 27th, there will be a special service to name the “Donald Walker MacKay Chapel” and to give thanks for this great friend who brought so much to the life and ministry of Camp Geddie.

We give thanks to all groups and individuals who helped us complete our rennovations to our camper cabins!

Saturday, September 15, 2012, Abercrombie Golf and Country Club

Proceeds from this years tournament will be used for Site Development at Camp. We are dreaming big and hoping to replace our tired craft building with a wonderful structure that will allow for panoramic views of the site to inspire as well as provide ample storage for program supplies and sports equipment.  The upper level would also be offered as meeting space for rental groups for break out groups and be used for rainy day programming during our summer camps.
