Safety Policies

Camp Geddie is a ministry of the Synod of the Atlantic Provinces of The Presbyterian Church in Canada and adheres to the church’s policies. Most importantly, Camp Geddie is committed to fulfilling the church’s three safety policies:

• • • Leading with Care Policy
    • Policy and Procedures Addressing for Harassment in the Church
    • Policy for Dealing with Sexual Abuse and Sexual Harassment

All staff, volunteers, committee members and anyone who participates in Camp Geddie’s programs must follow these policies.  Staff and volunteers are trained on these policies.

All rental groups are required to follow the Leading with Care policies while they are on the camp property and using its facilities.
